That is why we work with a young and enthusiastic team to provide everyone with the coach that best suits him or her and to make personal development possible. All this is done under the direction of director Dickey Pronk in the lively Amsterdam Noord.

The perfect match between coach and coachee forms the basis of the desired end result. The developments of our unique matching tool, developed in collaboration with the University of Amsterdam. This matching tool calculates on the basis of dozens of variables which coach best suits someone. Our clients are larger and smaller organizations whose entire coaching process and dedicated pools are managed. In addition, we can also answer questions about intervisions and training with coaches and trainers from our network. We regularly organize fun Learning Tables and Inspiration Days for the coaches in our network. This way we learn from each other, with each other.
