Finding the right job
What is a job coach?
Job coaching offers support in finding work if you are at a distance from the labour market. You will be supported in, for example, reintegration. The goal is to find the right job for you. A job coach is often confused with a career coach, but the two are different. Career coaching is aimed at developing careers and personal goals, whereas job coaching has to do with supporting people with a distance to the labor market. Job coaching is very goal-oriented and will help you find the right job.

How does a job coach help?
Together with a coach you will look for new work. Together you will look for opportunities for you on the labour market. You will look at what kind of work suits you and what kind of working environment you need. You will be optimally prepared to re-enter the labour market. This includes job application training, induction, and supervision plans. The job coach guides you to a paid job that suits you.
