The structure of a programme
Each leadership programme is custom-made, but this is a commonly used format:
Three training days
In groups of 8 to 12 participants. From self-awareness to interpersonal leadership.
Feedback instrument
A questionnaire about leadership styles at the beginning and end of the programme, to make growth visible.
Individual coaching
Each participant goes through a personal journey (6 to 9 hours) focused on their own learning goals and reflection in practice.
