How it works
Our matching process in five steps
1. The questionnaire
A personal profile in 15 minutes
The employee completes an online questionnaire. This maps dozens of variables: values, personality traits, coaching preferences and practical requirements such as sector experience or language.
2. The telephone intake
Personal exploration of the question
In a brief conversation, our coach advisor (with a background in psychology or social work) clarifies the coaching need and adds important nuance. This creates a complete picture - even when the question isn't yet clearly defined.
3. The matching
Data-supported, human-decided
Our tool analyses all the data and creates a shortlist. Our advisor then selects two coaches who are a good match for the employee both professionally and personally.
4. Getting acquainted
Experience the connection yourself
The employee speaks with both coaches in a short introductory conversation. This allows them to personally experience with whom they have the strongest connection. The final choice always rests with the coachee.
5. Start
We keep going until it feels right
The journey only begins once there's a connection. If there isn't one? Then we continue searching at no additional cost. We only stop when it feels right.
