Certifications
At Gingermood, we value both quality and security. That’s why we’ve obtained several certifications — so you can trust that you’re working with a professional organization that handles your data and that of your employees with care.
Our goal is not only to offer you the best possible coaching and training solutions, but also to create a safe and reliable environment. Especially when it comes to sensitive information, you want to know everything is properly secured. Below you’ll find the certifications we’ve earned so far.
ISO 27001
ISO 27001 is the international standard for information security. With this certification, we demonstrate that we meet all the requirements for safeguarding confidential data.
In a time where privacy laws — like the GDPR — are becoming increasingly strict, it’s crucial for any organization to have its information security in order. A data breach can lead to serious financial consequences, but also damage the trust others place in your business. With ISO 27001, we show that we take this responsibility seriously.
ISAE 3402 Type II
ISAE 3402 certification is all about control and accountability. There are two types of reports: Type I and Type II. Type I assesses whether your internal control framework is well designed on paper. Type II goes further — it checks whether those controls actually work effectively in practice, over a period of at least six months.
We’ve achieved the Type II report — which means our processes don’t just look good on paper, they’re solid in real life too.
GDPR & personal data
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) protects personal data of individuals. This refers to any information that directly relates to someone or can be traced back to them.
Think of your name, address, phone number, or even your postcode with house number. Sensitive information such as health, religion, or ethnicity is categorized as special personal data and receives extra protection under the law.
