Our coaches
A strong network of independent professionals

What characterises our coaches
Independent and professional
Our coaches are self-employed professionals with a recognised coaching qualification. They work from their own methodology and strength - not according to a fixed pattern, but with attention to what works.
Broad and diverse network
From career coaches to stress coaches, from leadership coaches to life coaches. Thanks to this diversity, we can make the right match for every need.
Always a personal connection
The relationship between coach and coachee is crucial. That's why we always ensure a good introduction beforehand - so that everyone enters the journey with confidence.
Quality and craftsmanship
Each coach is carefully selected: through CV screening and a personal conversation. We look at education, experience, style and references. This ensures quality and reliability.
Continuously developing
We actively encourage our coaches to keep growing. Monthly, we organise intervision sessions, learning tables and inspiration sessions. This keeps them sharp, connected and inspired.
Custom coach pool for your organisation
Want control over coaching and access to a fixed pool of coaches that suits your organisation? We create a coach pool that aligns with your sector, culture and development themes. We seamlessly integrate existing relationships. And you maintain overview of quality, costs and progress.

Professionalism and recognition
Our coaches are affiliated with professional associations such as NOBCO, NOLOC, LVSC and NIP. They know the ethical frameworks of the profession and recognise when referral is necessary. This provides confidence – to you and your employees.
