Our process
How coaching works via Gingermood
Registration & questionnaire
The employee receives a link to the questionnaire, which asks about coaching goals, values and preferences.
Telephone intake
In 15 minutes, our coach advisor clarifies the coaching need and objectives. This creates a solid foundation for the journey.
Matching
Based on the intake and questionnaire, we select two coaches who truly fit.
Registration & questionnaire
Both coaches reach out for an introduction. The employee chooses which coach suits them best.
Approval & start
The chosen coach and coachee establish goals together. Once approved, the journey can begin immediately.
